Today is a special day. It’s my husband’s birthday!!! He came home this morning to a house with a backed up septic system. After calling a friend over and fixing that little issue, he got to spend the day doing the things he wanted. I asked him what he wanted for his birthday dinner and he picked shoyu chicken, sticky rice, and mac salad. I was all about that since he is the only one who cooks that meal the way he likes it. Dinner was wonderful honey!
